New England 2004 Venture Capital Forum

About New England: 2004
On November 12, 2004 at Boston University, Springboard Enterprises and the Center for Women & Enterprises co-hosted a Venture Capital Forum featuring emerging growth women-led businesses from New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and the South East. The Forum showcased 20-25 of the most innovative companies to the region's top corporate, angel, and venture investors.

Springboard sources, qualifies, coaches, showcases and supports high growth potential companies seeking equity capital for product development and expansion.
Center for Women & Enterprises
Established in 1995, the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women start and grow their own businesses. CWE is a national leader among women's business development agencies. CWE's mission is to empower women to become economically self-sufficient and prosperous through entrepreneurship. CWE offers education, training, technical assistance, women's business enterprise certification and access to both debt and equity capital to entrepreneurs at every stage of business development.
